We stand behind our products.  But in the event that you are not satisfied with an item, please return it within 30 days of the delivery date.  We will exchange the item or refund you for the item, minus the cost of shipping.  Items must be in the condition in which they were received.  Please contact us to initiate a return.

Most orders are shipped out within 2-3 days.  Domestic orders usually take an average of 3-7 business days to arrive after your order has been placed. We do have printing facilities in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia to fulfill orders for many of the items we offer.  However, some items must be printed in our U.S. facility, and can take 2-3 weeks for international shipping.

Sometimes orders are marked by the post office as delivered, but don't actually arrive until the following week day. If 24 hours goes by and your order still does not arrive, please contact us.

Of course!  We love our men and women in uniform.  U.S. military bases abroad still recieve domestic shipping rates.
